Only one exists

Five months is long enough to be so tired as to totally ignore the mission at hand. I must admit the natural man in me as for these past nine months reigned supreme over the spiritual man. I have suffered greatly these past months, betrayal, loss, financial duress, physical aching and so forth. This tumult seemed to never end so I must end it now.

The natural man resists with all his might the great and clarion call of the Lord. He is so busy with comparative living...me compared to you...that he doesn't hear the bell, the shofar goes unnoticed. It is very easy to wallow in the hog pen while life in our Father's house is abundant and freely given.

Focus is a dangerous thing. Concentration is its twin brother. If you are so focused or concentrated on a 'thing' then you risk seeing the entire picture. Mary is the stumbling block of the Catholics, they simply can't get over her and absolutely won't leave her behind. Hair length, skirt length, alcoholic consumption, smoking, etc. all form walls blocking the simple view and set the natural man in the place of comparison. I must be good if he is doing that...Where is Yeshua in that statement? Yeshua has been washed away in self. Yeshua only exists in a persons life when the person drops the natural, comparitive and destructive self-worship and walks to the throne of God and says...I can't.

Who wants to admit weakness...Yeshua did. "not my will, but yours"...
Who wants to deny the self...Yeshua did: "For I have come...not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.

"And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder."

You don't have to recognize the authority of Jesus the Christ. You don't have to claim the atonement, and the spilling of blood for the forgiveness of your sins. You don't have to believe in systems that were put in place five thousand years ago, you can discount them as ancient and out of date. You can modernize your belief system to include gay marriage, abortion on demand and make god much more tolerant to fit your understanding and desires. You can create and mold that god to include acceptance of each and every decision you make. In doing so, you allow everyone the opportunity to create the exact same god in the mold of their choice. The result is a god-value system that is experiential, based solely on personal understanding and six billion in number. To do so is to admit that all there is to the world is what you know of the world. Everything and every good decision is capable of being made by you. You are foolproof and have never made a mistake, to make a mistake would mean the god you created is prone to error.

What god is prone to error? Isn't life much easier not having to make the hard choices? Who wants to think if they don't have to? Who wants to actually make a decision or use deduction if it isn't necessary? No, life is much better off when we worship our selves and keep god inside, wrapped up tight in our own cozy universe. Could that god create the universe? Could that god create you? Does evolution solve the question eliminating your god altogether? The questions keep piling up leaving you with a choice to make:

Do you go on worshipping the god of "your" creation, or do you seek to find the God of your creation.
If you seek, you will find that...
