'Who is for me?'

Ge 42:36 : Their father Jacob said to them, 'You have bereaved me of my children: Joseph is no more, and Simeon is no more, and you would take Benjamin; all these things are against me."

Turmoil inside Jacob's house led him to despair. The surface issues are never what is really in play. Current circunstances never speak of future promise. Joseph was dead, Simeon was hostage, and now Benjamin was the ransom.

Has your dream died? Is your flesh hostage? Will your current circumstances ramson your promise? It all depends on what your dreams were in the first place. Joseph was quite alive, his vision had come true, no one knew it because he was in a far country. Simeon wasn't hostage, he was the vehicle that would get Jacob reunited with his son.

Do your current circumstances speak to you and yearn for a change? Does your helpmate tell you to move and leave the land that God gave you as an inheritance? Does your house speaks against you kicking at the pricks, unable to see the progress? Will you fight doubt and frustration as the gatekeepers look down on your flesh?

We do not walk in flesh and blood, but in spirit and truth. Let your house remain, keep your vision spiritually clear, let your resolve not falter. Brides must be covered, that is why they were formed from man's side. Your house is your greatest asset.
The obstacles to the promised land must be conquered. The giants must be ignored. We are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus.
Sometimes standing firm is the way to...

Go forth and conquer.
